The garden studio is a detached one bedroom apartment situated in the large garden of a Bath city centre house. Contemporary king size four poster bed, luxury en-suite and fitted kitchen. 5 minutes walk from Bath Spa train station, coach station, and city centre, River Avon and Avon and Kennet Canal. 2 minutes walk from local shops and great restaurants. Onsite parking available for one car.

About The Studio
Bedroom:
Contemporary four poster king size bed, TV, dressing table, wardrode, iron and ironing board. Centrally heated.
En-Suite:
Shower, WC and wash-hand basin, Shaving point and heated towel rail.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with gas hob, extractor fan, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, radio CD & dining table with 2 chairs. Cutlery, Crockery and cooking utensils.
Parking:
Parking for one car available on site.

Directions:
By Car:
Follow the A46 signed to Bath from junction 18 M4. Join the dual carriageway taking the slip road to Bath. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit to London Road (signed to Bath) continue straight from approx 1.5-2 miles until you come to a big cross roads, (approx 500M past Morrisons Supermarket). Turn left here into Cleveland Place, stay on the A36 (becomes Pulteney Road), pass under railway bridge and continue straight from approx. 0.5miles. When you see the White Hart pub on your left, turn into Prior Park Rd (the road after the pub) and continue for approx 500M. Take the second right, up Forefield Rise ( the small very steep road before the garden centre). Continue for approx. 100M and then turn right into the tarmac drive (Stoneridge is signed at the end of the drive). Do not turn into the alley way where all the garages are. There is parking available at the end of the drive. The Garden Studio is across the main lawn in front of the house.
By Coach/Bus:
From the bus/coach station turn right towards the train station (approx 200M). From the Train Station:Turn right outside the station and then go right, under the tunnel (where all the taxis are situated) continue across the car park and cross the pedestrian bridge over the River Avon. Continue straight and cross the dual carriageway via the pedestrian crossing. Turn left, towards Widcombe parade. Pass the shops; just at the Aga shop (before the pedestrian crossing) turn right up the small lane, at the top turn left and continue along the lane until you reach a cobbled stone lane called Prior Park Cottages, turn right here and walk up to the top of the road. Directly in front of you, there is a green garden door. Signed Stoneridge this leads via steps up to the Garden Studio, which is situated on the right-hand side.
